accounts may use that as a payment option as well.

GrowlGearStore.com promises our company will never share your information with
other parties. Payments using PayPal accounts are covered by the PayPal privacy
and security policies.
Returns/Exchanges
Please use the following procedure to return merchandise:
1. Contact the Growl Gear shipping department using our form on our Contact Us
page to request a return authorization number and any special instructions.
Include order number, reason for return and whether you want to return or
exchange the item.
2. Pack merchandise with all original parts and packaging, as well as your
return authorization number and order confirmation. All merchandise must be
returned in the condition it was received, with tags still attached.
Merchandise cannot be returned if it has been damaged, worn or washed.

4. Growl Gear will send a confirmation email with credit information when the
shipping department receives your package.
Customers returning merchandise must request a return authorization number
within 14 days of purchase. Items returned to Growl Gear must be received at
our location within 14 days of when the return authorization number was issued.
We do not refund original or return shipping costs unless the return is a result
of our error.
We will exchange or issue credit within 10 business days of receipt of the
returned item at Growl Gear.
Safe Shopping Guarantee
Orders at GrowlGearStore.com are placed using a secure site, and we do not store
credit card information in our system. Payments using PayPal accounts are
covered by the PayPal privacy and security policies.
Shipping
Shipping costs $4.95 for all orders except furniture, which will include a
large-item shipping fee. Our furniture is hand-painted and ships directly from
the factory, so it may take 3-4 weeks for delivery. All other packages ship by
USPS Priority Mail and normally arrive three business days after the shipment
leaves our warehouse. However, please allow ten business days for delivery.
GrowlGearStore.com only ships within the United States at this time.
If a package arrives damaged, save all packaging and contact GrowlGearStore.com
within five business days of receipt.
Sales Tax
Minnesota residents will be charged 6.5% for sales tax.
